The Siskiyou Crest Goat Dairy is located on Boones Farm in the heart of the Little Applegate Valley of southern Oregon.  We hand craft the finest goat dairy products available anywhere, using only the freshest milk to create unique artisan cheeses in our on-site creamery.

We carefully craft our cheeses from the finest ingredients including vegetable rennet, enzymes, cultures and sea salt. We produce raw aged cheeses and pasteurized fresh cheeses.
